garden village berkeley

case study

Project Overview

One of the Bay Area’s earliest modular developers, RAD Urban, built a landmark Berkeley community in 2016 (complete with rooftop flower farm!)

In 2021 the master-lease in Berkeley expired and the ownership group elected to bring property management in-house while leasing up the building.

Enoch & Co. managed the lease-up process, partnering with Bevy Homes to lease the units. We also provided guidance, training, and transition support to the on-site team as property management was brought in-house.

We continue to partner with the client on asset strategy & hands-on operational support as needed.
