  • Run RFP for a third-party management company
  • Asset Manage / Liase between Owner and Management to ensure highest value and best use of the property

Third-party management was sourced and identified, and support was provided during the transition. An Asset Strategy was put in place, financial reporting set up, and a positive relationship is strengthening every day between the owner and operator.
