A family investment office owns two 60-unit properties in the San Diego Area.

After a round of unsuccessful relationships with third-party property management companies, Enoch & Co. was brought to:

• Identify Ownership Style & Management needs
• Run RFP for a third-party management company
• Asset Manage / Liase between Owner and Management to ensure highest value and best use of the property

Third-party management was sourced and identified, and support was provided during the transition. An Asset Strategy was put in place, financial reporting set up, and a positive relationship is strengthening every day between the owner and operator.
