Madera Residential approached us with an idea to partner on training their corporate and site teams on luxury lease up asset strategy and operations. Our conversations led us down a different path, and we are now partnered with the client and Other Unlimited working on Ethnographic Research and Empathy Training for a full financial suite of services that will positively impact the multifamily industry and beyond.
